Pros

Growth advancement, plenty of resources, continuing education, peer empowerment, great schedule, great commute, excellent benefits and perks.

Cons

It is difficult to get support from leadership, sometimes you are left feeling unsupported and not empowered by leadership. It is hard to accommodate everyone when there is a demand from you from several people. However, in the learning phases trying to make a career of what you are doing. It can be discouraging when you are looking to receive an answer for a request, and your request goes unanswered or you never receive a follow up on your request.
