Slight salary increase and promise of unlimited PTO for salaried position.

Cons

Promised hours of operation for myself and techs were changed after accepting offer letters during aquisition. Spotty training on LIS software. Unrealistic expectations for how quickly validations could be completed. Limited access to needed procedures. No work life balance, was pressured to work 12+ hour days and that eventually I would be able to use the unlimited PTO

IT is a bit behind the times; but we're getting there fast! Compensation isn't always leading Due to a lot of acquisitions over the years, systems can be a bit clunky
