There are many pros… varied workload, genuinely lovely people, decent benefits like private medical, wellbeing tools, good pension, ESPP, other optional extras. Good variety of ERGs to get involved with

Cons

Holiday entitlement is a little disappointing as it takes a long time to accrue any more than the standard offering. Being a US company, working hours can be hard to manage.
