Pros

Benefits are good. 2nd/3rd shift differential. Distribution management is awesome at working out problems for each individual person. As a courier I get access to a company vehicle (which I lease) for personal time - they pay for maintenance, gas, towing, etc.

Cons

Hours are mostly all 2nd/3rd shift. Not much room for personal growth within distribution. Upper management (corporate) likes to point fingers without researching facts beforehand. Work/Life balance causes waning relationships due to the fact that I work 2pm-1am. (nature of the beast) DON'T work as an accessioner!
