Pros

Not hard work, and no over the shoulder supervisors, decent benefits

Cons

Lots of small worries and they take clients word over yours if you miss a pick up or something goes wrong, pay is not the best. Delivering tons of supplies is a real hassle while also worrying about picking up specimens and such and so many small details to always worry about.

Pros

I enjoyed being on the road and not under a great deal of scrutiny from my supervisor. I did my job, and returned to the lab with patient specimens to be processed.

Cons

I didn't agree with the time constraints that we had on us. Given the location of where I was employed, traffic and congestion of some kind was a daily occurrence. I personally couldn't do very much to change that situation.
