There may be a significant amount of overtime, and team members are expected to stay until all work is complete if you like overtime then go for it.

There are ongoing concerns regarding workplace practices. Employees are often required to stay late, even when shipments arrive outside of scheduled hours. There have been observations of inappropriate relationships between management and staff that have not been addressed despite being reported.
