Labcorp has relatively good pay compared to other companies within the sector. Employees can speak up at any time. Open door policy. Lot of grow possibilities within the company.

Cons

Organizational structure is fragmented. People/Departments work on isolated islands within the company and because of this, too many people need a say when decisions are made for projects. This results in slow and inefficient communication.
