Great Benefits. When you work in a great location with great people it’s a great team effort and very rewarding job. I preferred the IOP instead of lab settings for this reason.

Cons

Don’t pay enough to the lab walk- in workers. Very hectic and non stop on your feet. Unfair wages. Some coworkers work less, belittling customers and zero patience with bad attitudes, others that are more polite and professional do more but get little recognition.

Great collaboration within my department, pays well, great benefits and savings opportunities. Flexible schedule with very generous paid time off. Always something new and challenging with the changing healthcare environment.

Cons

Can be difficult to move up without the appropriate years of experience, despite skills, performance, and ability to do the job.
