Pros

the pay is good, and you do get a company car for personal use. They only charge $100 per month, so considering how gas prices are, it's a deal.

Cons

There are many cons here. Off the bat, communication is horrible. The training needs work. I felt rushed during the entire learning process, expected me to know steps that I wasn't aware of, laughed at me when I made a mistake, and threw me in on my own 4 days too soon. I basically had to figure it out on my own. They have way too many steps to do in the actual workflow. What could be accomplished in just a few quick steps, they take 3 times the steps. They are very redundant with the steps, and there is so much paperwork involved, which is completely unnecessary.
