NO GOOD PAY Benefits are not the greatest. Health insurance Is too expensive They want you to work the 30 minutes you take for lunch so they add it to end of your shift Schedules aren’t the greatest Management is not the greatest

Easy job, learned a new skill

Cons

Poor management, overworked for little pay bad working culture they don’t want you even going to the bathroom as they have several meetings about that. The turn over rate is extremely high several people have started and quit within a month.

Cons

Overly processed in some areas and complete lack of process in others. The review/approval process for anything is beyond extensive. Management doesn't empower employees.
