Labcorp has some of the best employees I have ever worked with. The company is massive and I have room to grow within the company. The benefits are awesome, and knowing that I can continue my education is a plus.

Cons

I have been here 90 days as so far I have not one complaint or issue with anything or anyone. the con would have to be that I wish I would have started here when I was first offered a position over a year ago.

Once trained, you’re trusted to manage your own patient flow and site responsibilities, which builds confidence and autonomy. Supervisors and fellow phlebotomists are generally responsive and helpful when questions or challenges arise.

Cons

As a temp, access to benefits was restricted until conversion, which is understandable but worth noting.
