Employed by the number one lab in the nation, New tests are being added often to expand patient care.

Cons

Pay does not meet the level of expectation to be the number one lab in the nation. New hires are coming on with salaries more than the employees who have years of experience(ie. 10+yrs). No bonuses are being awarded to employees when the company receives new contracts or accolades for the previous year. Not receiving performance scores/merits until they appear on our pay stub.
