The benefits are good. Work life balance is decent. The experiences and knowledge gained are great. I'm hoping to soak in as much as possible on my journey forward.

Cons

The pay isn't what I was expecting, career advance ment is tough. I have been trying to get into a higher role since coming onboard, and it has been a challenge, I continue to strive for growth and development.
