Business Outlook
Pros
Coworkers were generally very good. They work hard to make it a better place to work. The job is pretty easy.
Cons
Pay is not great and raises are low and arbitrary. Worst part is management. they have a combination of obviousness to working conditions and procedures while also we work harder and faster with fewer people and benefits. It feels very corporate in that they only care about the results and ignore(or be actively cruel to) the employees. Health insurance is poor, especially for a health company! SOPs change constantly.
