      Pros

      Worked as an IOP (in office provider) for a small office in the outskirts of town. While being contracted through labcorp I was treated as part of the team. I truly enjoyed my years in the office but pay raises never happened and I rarely ever saw or spoke to my supervisor (definitely a job for someone who can handle getting the job done on their own )

      Cons

      Working for a labcorp office location and a a nightmare of uncontrolled chaos. Understaffed and over scheduled. And definitely underpaid for the amount of work done there.

      Pros

      I'm able to have work life balance with hybrid and remote options. Also, the company has robust benefits including flexible time off for exempt employees. There are so many great people to work with and my contributions are valued here. The company is always innovating; I feel proud to work for Labcorp.

      Cons

      Inconsistent work-experiences across the company. As with any company, the quality of leadership varies from department-to-department. It's big company with a divisional structure, which can lend itself to operating in silos.
