Pros

Benefits. Some of the people are actually pretty cool.

Cons

Upper management has no clue of what goes on in the lab, and yet they try to dictate things as if they do. Problems/drama don't get resolved; instead it just gets swept under the rug. Favoritism. Upper management is disrespectful; some are actual bullies to their employees. Low pay.

Pros

Paid vacation/sick days. Get to work alone. Usage of our own computer system (Beacon). Traveling to different offices/sites. Paid mileage. Some supervisors really does a great job at helping their employees. Benefits are better than others...

Cons

Some offices of the staff and doctors are very rude. Short staffed...there's hardly ever any coverage...Supposedly. Raises are nothing more than cents to the dollar...especially from a multi million dollar company. Some supervisors cherry pick who they want to show favoritism to and don't rid of employees who causes the most problems. People being hired with no experience over those with legit experience. Some site coordinators/ team leads, baby other employees into pets so they can report every minute thing others are doing. Certain staff takes certain positions to the head, yet they make less than others. More gossiping with other staff members as opposed to being a team. Having to draw 100+ patients with another co worker...and no extra help. Having to ask patients for credit cards and get nasty attitudes for doing your job.
