Pros

Good benefit, vacation time and other perks.

Cons

Work-life balance at time can be challenging for non-exempt employees. At times May or may not be able to use all available vacation time. No cash out options for unused PLB. Not much carrier advancement opportunities. Not much recognition or rewards for the job well done.

Pros

Ritualistic analyses can be satisfying, in a way.

Cons

Management wants M.S.-level employees for work that should be automated. You will be expected to work tirelessly and accurately without recognition and for poor pay (~$16 per hour). Don't expect to be honest or critical and bode well...inspectors employed for certification purposes are actively deceived. In short...every day is a new type of hell... For $16 an hour, without a consistent expectation of when you'll be allowed to leave. Employees throw toilet paper on the ground in the bathroom...and urinate all over the seats. We aren't allowed to have paper towels. ...sexism and racism are rampant. And yes, as a prior reviewer mentioned, employees hesitate to use the restroom for fear of declining productivity. Passive aggression is also a problem; even if it's several hours after the end of your shift, other employees may guilt-trip you for leaving, and, eventually, you'll internalize this and worry about taking earned vacation (and going to the disgusting bathroom). Every employee that I know in my department is constantly applying for another job.

Pros

nothing. nothing. nothing. nothing. nothing

Cons

Hours are not guaranteed. Some days you end several hours early. Other days you are forced to stay several hours late. Pay is bad. Health Insurance is bad. No one is happy. Co-workers are miserable and frequently yell at each other.
