Best CRO I've ever worked for. My manager is very respectful of my work-life balance. Very in-tune to my strengths and preferences. Let's me have input about what projects I will be working on and also provides me with additional training opportunities that enhance my career. Project Managers are all top notch and a pleasure to work with. The company's work atmosphere is professional, courteous... I feel supported and valued.

Cons

No cons so far; however, I've been here less than one year. But I can clearly see a difference between Covance & other CROs.
