      Have talent, have good benefit and flexibility, have good teams and commitment to excellence. Dynamic culture with lots of collaboration within team.

      Cons

      Retention, process because "that's what we do", silo efforts, over allocation, low accountability, difficult systems, slow to communicate and slow to change.

      Project Manager group is a mess!

      Pros

      Logistically close to work. There are good people that work there. The benefits are ok, but that will change soon enough. The cafe is ok, but nothing great.

      Cons

      Management has no clue about the real problems the project managers face. Everyone is very unhappy here. The workload is way too much for people across every team. Management is never around. They come across as just waiting for their next career move. Plus, our technology is a joke in the industry, very sad days.
