I have worked with Covance for over 4 years and continue to enjoy my tenure here. I have been lucky enough to work with very knowledgeable individuals who have been great resources for me. Professional growth has also been excellent as I have been promoted twice in the four years I have been here. You have to make sure you seek out opportunities for growth so that you can be noticed especially if you work remotely.

Cons

Technology is lacking. Company is growing and trying to get with the times; however, they are still a little behind. Company also has way too many processes that may hinder you from getting work completed.
