Excellent people work here and are always willing to help when you need it. Great if you want to work remotely. Easy but fair training schedule, good cafeteria, and they let you move around and actively promote career development

Cons

Insurance and benefits are getting worse, suggestions are not acted upon unless it affects upper management, work-life balance can be slightly askewed

Pros

Some of the most dedicated and hard working individuals I have ever worked with. The study teams do everything they possibly can to deliver the their projects on time despite severe resource constraints.

Cons

There is often a divergence of guidance as it pertains to study deliverables, client satisfaction and internal financial management. Beware of the LabCorp non-compete unless you want to stay at Covance for the remainder of your career.

High workload for several years now with no end in sight Understaffed LabCorp benefits are awful compared to what we had
