Large company with many resources available on various tasks/processes; opportunities to move up relatively quickly; opportunities to work with clients of all sizes

Information still needs to be consolidated in a one stop shop so it is easier to locate; one can spend a lot of time looking for information only to find many places with the same information; company is undergoing transitions and can experience periods of turnover at the PL level, which has a significant impact moving down
