Dynamic environment: someone can be frightened by prompt changes for me it's a new challenge to learn something; Colleague Network: my first 90 days are fully of knowledgeable colleagues very kind to share with me how to complete process and procedure Project nature and therapeutic area: always involved in new TAs and project with a specific study design. Thi will allow me to broaden my 20y experience in clinical research constantly.

Cons

Financial procedures: not all are clear or well explained and for new users is a little bit difficult to manage with it.
