Labcorp has created interesting programs for growth/training in clinical research. There are different programs which allow for you to expand/stretch in your role and to move to the next level of growth.

Cons

Huge global organization which makes it difficult to understand all the processes. Lots of reading to understand processes or figure out processes. A lot of division of roles/labor.
