Pros

Consistent hours. You get to help people. Work from home.

Cons

You are disposible. They do not care about you. You train for 5 weeks and it its not enough. You get zero support and have to figure everything out yourself. Leadership sucks and is barely available. They will keep you as a temp for a year and cut your pay after 6 months. High turn over. Do the training and then be prepared to quit after that. Terrible company to work for.

Benefits are good Decent hours, if you're lucky. (I started at 10:30-7, then got approved to switch to 8-4:30)

Cons

Repetitive, dull, boring, tedious work. You are treated as just a number. You're expected to do things above your pay grade if you're good at the job. They tell you they promote internally and you'll move up, but it's extremely hard to get promoted.
