1. Hybrid work environment. 2. Considerable exposure to IT systems, which is beneficial for developing IT expertise. 3. They have a good leadership mentoring program. 4. A productive workplace that encourages teamwork and is backed by international line managers.

Cons

To the best of my knowledge, there isn't a compensation plan like STI that offers employees rewards for meeting predetermined targets in a year.

The individuals I work with are fantastic. They are helpful, resourceful, and genuinely care about each other within the team and overall department. It makes going into work an overall pleasant experience. Company also has good career growth for those willing to pursue it.

Cons

Poor yearly merit raises (and most normal employees are excluded from the bonus pool). Additionally, promotional cicles are few and far between. Raises/promos are seen as “depending business need” rather than correlating to the hard work and overall performance of an employee. This means that working super hard won’t necessarily get you a raise if the “business” isn’t performing with the profit margins the exec level wants.
