      Pros

      There are few pros. I will say that job security is a plus- due to their high turnover rate it is nearly impossible to be fired.

      Cons

      This company is absolutely awful to work for. Benefits are few and far between- their health insurance plan will take you to the poor house. There is very little management presence. There is not a single individual who works on inventory so the lab is always running out of supplies and machinery is never working properly.
