Vacation,Time off. 401k Lab Staff try to be a team

Cons

Schedule sucks. Tue-Sat. Low pay scale. Too busy to train properly because of short staffing. It's considered a benefit if you work mon-fri. Most departments make you work overtime and say we are trying to fill positions. By the time a new person shows up an experienced trained one leaves. Rinse/Repeat. Management gets unlimited time off. Then they want senior lab staff to do there job and yours. Put out fires while maintaining work flow.
