Pros

This company benefits are better than most companies.

Cons

The volume of work does not match the extremely understaffed workers. Extra shipments come everyday and the eta is never accurate. Some benches need 3 techs on it instead of 1. There is a lot of call offs at work due to illness and people are simply overworked. Sometimes 1 tech is expected to do the work 3 techs. Lab Assistants are overworked and expected to pull pending everyday because some techs are too lazy to pull their on pending. Expect to stay in the cooler for long periods of time if your are a lab assistant in hematology. Expect to never know when you are leaving each day and expect overtime to almost necessary to complete tasks everyday. The lab assistant pay is not good. Even when they want you to do 7 different tasks everyday including other folks work. A lot of training is needed on the direct management side. Favoritism and Mess is apart of the culture.

Pros

Honestly hard to think of any.

Cons

Always short staffed even though they are always hiring people; most locations are a revolving door. Our location often ran out of supplies. Extremely busy and dangerous.

Pros

Literally nothing about this Job is worth it.

Cons

everyone has their own clique and bubble and if you don't immediately fit in you are outcasted. Touch is a nightmare and constantly understaffed, and you are constantly told that their is a plan for you but you aren't allowed to know the plan and it changes every 5 minutes. You will get overwhelmed by the sheer volume of stuff that comes through the lab instantly. If I could give 0 stars I would.
