In the beginning it was great, before Roche bought out National Health Lab.

The employee were like family. . The benefits were ok.

Cons

Upper management sucked but the employees were good people. Labcorp being self insured was a joke. For a medical Facility we had the worst insurance of anyone I knew and the cost was ridiculously high. The pay was JUST good enough to keep you from going some where else and having to start at the bottom of the totem pole. Recognition? don't make me laugh you only got that if you had your head shoved up so far that you couldn't see daylight. If you didn't think in the same realm as upper management you were considered a misfit and bound to lose your job unless you conformed.

Pros

good immediate supervisor. I was able to take time off often. My co-workers and I got along with no problems.

Cons

The pay sucks, the benefits are horrible ($1000.00) deductible! They have implemented the "lean" process with is a sneaky way to layoff employees
