-good coworkers -no micromanagement from management -decent pay

Cons

-heavy workload sometimes -health insurance could be better, but it's still pretty good -bonuses are a joke

“Unlimited” overtime as there’s always work to do. Great coworkers to work with though.

Cons

Management is horrible. Supervisors don’t know the workflow of the entire lab and will micromanage everyone. Double standards blatantly shown through supervisors. No way of getting raises except for the annual pay raise due to performance (which is around 50 cents or less). New hires are often paid more than current employees and current employee pay isn’t matched to the new hires. Overtime can be redacted at any time. Lab is a complete and utter mess as there’s no organization implemented. Training isn’t complete training as you’re thrown to the wolves. When asking for pay, management will tell you no due to company finances but clearly company has money to give raises if they can purchase new machines to use.
