Pros

Paid Vacation, two 15 min breaks

Cons

No sick leave, have to use vacation. Micromanaged (2nd shift)(everything you do gets timed even bathroom breaks, you get yelled if take too many). Lunch is 30min, you get yelled if late by 1 min. You can’t come late but you have to stay late and work overtime even if you don’t want to or can’t due to children care. No teamwork, everyone for themselves. Below national average salary. National average salary for Lab Assistant is $16. Have to work in freezer at freezing temp. Not allowed to use vacation if short handed on workers or too much work (paid vacation expires and don’t get paid for it) (2nd shift).
