      Pros

      The scheduling. 4 and 3 day offerings for full time. Benefits are good, I like the health insurance and my 401k is doing great.

      Cons

      Variable workload but its sort of unavoidable in this environment. There can be a lot of downtime. When its full staffed it seems over-staffed to me but that comes in handy because the turnover rate is rather high. This is used as an entry-level lab tech job. I believe experience varies greatly depending on department.
