Short Lunch. Stressful expectations from some management. Promotions are few and far between. Leadership needs much more culture and diversity training and more focus on communication and leadership development for their talented and hard workers.

The environment is very stressful, the managers pick and choose who are their favorites and will only teach the people they deem deserving. Although the money is good at this company, the stress is not worth it. Also there is little to no diversity. I was the only black female in my department. I worked there for a few months and I only saw two other black employees.
