Pros

They are very understanding about health awareness, and they usually have a great community that can be supportive and kind. I made many great relations, friends, and contacts there.

Cons

They do not allow for much upward movement through the company, and try to stick you in you position for as long as possible, and do not give you a chance to change your schedule, even when they are hiring for your requested time position.

It’s a job that pays you some money and it’s easy to get too cause it’s right off the highway

Cons

The people in charge are biased and will literally look the other way or try to convince you to stop having opinions if you say something is wrong that truly is wrong by defending the person that’s wrong, the pay may look nice initially but it’s not worth the toxic atmosphere, there’s no HR, only white men get acknowledged here, there’s such a high turnout rate for a reason
