Really great PTO, average benefits, great fellow techs.

Cons

I worked 9 months of straight 10-15% mandatory overtime. Training plans make no sense when certain areas are losing speed on production, they put highly efficient individuals in another area. They’re maximizing production at the expense of your health and wellbeinh.

Cons

Pay, A lot of gossiping and nosey people, but I believe it is just a generational think (heavy on the 'I believe'). Great for someone in college needing experience. Otherwise, I'd stay clear if there's no real benefit to what you're looking for in lab setting. Can also just depend on which lab you're in. Also a lot of old practices and software that could be updated
