Going home each night. (Even though you will be STRESSED out and overworked)

Cons

Everything. Dreaded every single day coming to Hell) Will work you to death. You don’t leave after a certain amount of time, you leave when everything is done. Be prepared to pick up other people’s slack all while working for pennies. Better get a high quota every night or that’s a wrap for you.

Pros

Great work environment, really chill coworkers and the management style is very hands off. Very easy lab work for recent graduates.

Cons

Not a ton of room for growth, after about a year there is a very clear ceiling for my role. Loved the first several months, but then I knew all the assays and got bored.
