Good job security. Mostly pleasant co workers, but that depends on which department. Okay benefits. Supervisors and directors are great at this department.

Cons

Benefits could be better for how much you pay. Micromanagement from higher ups. Dumb decisions are made without thinking of the consequences on the staff. Low raises and no potential promotions!
