The department supervisors are intelligent, supportive, and actually spend time working on the bench instead of being in their offices all the time. Most of the people working there are friendly. New management is trying to make improvements to the lab.

Cons

The "training" is minimal and you get thrown to the wolves before you're comfortable with any department. The HR department is ineffective at best. Communication is poor but gossip is abundant.

There are a lot of opportunities to move up and around the company for hard workers.

Cons

Decisions are made focusing only on the bottom dollar in mind and rarely the people working for the company. Health benefits have recently been greatly reduced making it hard to find value in working for this company.
