      Pros

      i love the fact that i am able to work from home and have the flexibility that i do. I love the fact that we have FTO, so great that the company takes personal life into consideration and is so understanding.

      Cons

      i did not know that the in house crew does not get study bonuses. I also think that the salary for In-house and traveling should be a little more comparable with all the other compensations that the traveling CRA's get. It seems to be a little unfair. I think that new hires should only be on one study starting out till after being on their own for awhile before being added to multiple.

      Pros

      Company really cares about their employees, not only for their professional development but as human beings; what it's most important. Providing different tools to enrich us in a daily base by giving constant trainings, life suggestions, constant communication, webinars involving the company at all levels are some of the extraordinary things LabCorp has. MENTOR program is a good platform to know different people in a closer way and to learn from them or share your experience. Also training given by Jeff Robinson for Leading teams is an excellent program.

      Cons

      It is not a cons. or negative situation. I used to be on FSP for 3 years and I really didn't feel part of Covance until I moved to ClinOps where I discovered what the company really is. FSP employees are hired by Covance but are more attached to sponsor; at least that was my personal impression.
