-Co-workers; -Some tasks are interesting; -Pretty office building;

Cons

-The office is not suitable for such a number of people; -Lack of equipment (e.g. CDA equipment pack should include 2 monitors by default); -Lack of flexibility (e.g. in adapting working hours to be able to effectively cooperate with co-workers in a significantly different timezone); -As a result of the previous point - unpaid overtimes for employees who want to do their job well; -No team-buildings, corporate events/company parties, birthday presents and welcome packs for employees, etc.

Great Benefits. Toxic Culture and Poor Leadership

Pros

Covance offers a compeitive 401k with match and employee discounted stock purchase plan, which are both great benefits.

Cons

The overall culture at Covance is extremely toxic. Departments do not seem to work together and resort to finger pointing over who is at fault instead. The turnover is also very high which leaves study teams struggling to replace members and action items thus fall between the cracks. The work/life balance is also very poor with no acknowledgment or solutions from management if you have consistently been working over.

wfh flexibility, healthy and fun work culture

Cons

cafeteria food is bad, inspite of changing twice. travel desk is the wort of all. IT support is bad. no bonus for grades below managers which doesnt make sense.
