Large company, a lot of opportunities.

Felt very welcomed by the rest of the Metabolism department, all made an effort to help me and other new hires settle. Was encouraged to ask questions and seek help and training whenever needed, especially when working from home during the pandemic, which contributed towards me improving current skills and learning new ones which will be invaluable for my future career. Very varied job role, no working day is the same as the last, with a range of different tasks and assignments. Company seems to reward well it's employees with bonuses and promotions, and several colleagues moved teams or job roles. Manager was very professional and knowledgeable, and valued very highly the happiness and wellbeing of all members of the team. Always felt that colleagues were willing to make time for me, including department directors.
