Pros

There’s some great managers, and there’s lots of opportunities for those under them to develop and move upwards.

Cons

Some deep running issues in certain departments, with long-standing employees being protected by their friends in management, to the point of entire teams leaving at once for other departments or companies. Despite having a disability employee resource group, the majority of members were fearful of opening up about their invisible disabilities to managers, whilst some of those that did have faced ableist behaviour in response, or a lack of needed accommodations.

Pros

Nice company, great team to work with

Cons

Opportunities only open up after first few years of employment, always see someone else getting promoted just because they have been in the system longer

Pros

- Good development opportunities - Variety of tasks is good - Great team mates - Support within teams is good - Benefits are pretty good

Cons

- Some people seem to progress quicker than others and it seems that it's more based on right place, right time as opposed to skill and time served - There is lots of focus on retaining new recruits, which often seems to be at the expense of longer serving staff - Staff who have served >5 years don't seem to be considered - Not much reward for loyalty - Long service awards are pretty poor - Loss of bonuses was a mistake - Bonuses only for high job grades is disgusting - people on lower job grades don't work any less hard and should be eligible for the same rewards. - Pay reviews don't seem to be done often enough and there are large pay discrepancies across the site and even within departments. -
