The Data Coordinator position is a good department to learn more about the main operating database.

Cons

Many qualified candidates are overlooked for promotions while friend of a friend is hired or relative is hired of another Covance employee. There are employees in Senior level management and Director level positions when they do not even hold a college degree. Stop allowing women to leverage their way to management positions or executive level due based on their sexuality or performance of that. Open your eyes!
