Pros
- If you care about the energy transition, this is a great place to have a real impact and work towards decarbonising the energy sector. - So far (less than a year), I have been well-treated, fairly paid, and I've enjoyed working with some lovely, caring colleagues. - Freedom to manage your office/home working, working hours, and task prioritisation. - Great office spaces!
Cons
- Fast growth (which is necessary to have a big impact) means lots of organisational changes and workloads spike if you don't have the right number of people in the right teams/roles. Having said that, management are keen to intervene once you raise it yourself. - As others have suggested, career progression steps are not defined very clearly, but I've been here less than a year.
