      Pros

      If you are looking for a place where you have full ownership of your work, Koch is a great place to work. They allow you endless opportunities to continue to learn and grow. I have had the chance to work with not only accountants but other Koch employees from different groups and different Koch companies as well. I really enjoy the people and the culture I am surrounded by. You spend a lot of your time at work in your life and you want to make sure you enjoy going to work everyday. The culture is everything I was looking for in a full time job after college.

      Cons

      Possible to feel overworked at times but communication with your direct report is key.

      -Culture promotes a fast-paced, challenging workforce, while keeping good relationships. -A lot of different insight to multiple organization functionality.

      Cons

      Not really a ton of negatives to speak to at Koch as a company. Have really been enjoying my time here.
