Some of my coworkers were genuinely great people to be around & have lunch with. I'm still friends with a couple of them (both of whom got out of the company too, thankfully).

Cons

My team (majority men) had crappy work/life balance norms and was collectively pretty condescending to me (woman). The oldest story in tech.
