Company leadership at the top is solid Vacation policy is solid Nice offices

Cons

Management varies greatly from dept to dept, some of the poor managers don't attend management training (because they think they have nothing to gain from it). The "work from anywhere" policy that they love to promote does not apply to all teams (nor do week-long shutdowns). Really poor HR, you're own your own to find answers, and several are just unkind people.
