A 'company' made up of opportunistic acquisitions of disparate organisations stitched together without any direction, common purpose, controls, or the will and professional capability to implement any of those. Their trumpeted 'entrepreneurial culture' conceals a toxic working environment where favouritism, treachery, incompetence, and dictatorial management style thrive and are entrenched at all levels and promoted by leadership.

Cons

New engineering management lacks leadership and vision, and just follows the trends of other corporate companies. They also rule via fear rather than inspiration, leading to a yes man culture. Layoffs affecting staff morale - Since the end of 2023 there have been a lot of silent layoffs with little to no communication from management. Minimal benefits, holidays and zero bonuses. The future looks pretty bleak for Job&Talent now that investment has dried up, the best people are leaving, and they have are losing money every month. Instead of improving at their jobs, management would rather cut headcount than take responsibility.
