Fast paced enviroment where not only the company grows, but the workers grow with the company as well. Jobandtalent is a place where they care for, and take care of, the employees.

Cons

- Things move very fast and internal communication doesn't always keep up as is common for fast-paced scale-ups - Basically anonymous brand in Sweden which makes it harder to attract top talent
